The invention relates to perpendicularity monitoring equipment for a large-diameter steel casing and a use method thereof, and relates to the technical field of monitoring sensors. The equipment comprises a biaxial inclinometer, a data transfer unit (DTU) and a battery pack, wherein the biaxial inclinometer is horizontally arranged, the DTU is in signal connection with the biaxial inclinometer and is provided with a DTU antenna, and the battery pack is electrically connected with the biaxial inclinometer and the DTU. According to the perpendicularity monitoring equipment, by means of a biaxial inclinometer technique and a DTU technique, the perpendicularity of the large-diameter steel casing is conveniently and rapidly measured, detection data are remotely transmitted, and the perpendicularity measurement accuracy and working efficiency are greatly improved in the condition that normal construction is not influenced.
