Steel pipe pile perpendicularity monitoring system
The invention discloses a steel pipe pile perpendicularity monitoring system which comprises a high-precision perpendicularity measuring sensor, a measuring end microcontroller, a main control end microcontroller and an adjusting module. The high-precision verticality measurement sensor is mounted on a hammerhead of the resonance-free hydraulic vibration hammer, and is used for acquiring verticality data in the XY direction at any moment when the steel pipe pile is sunk and sending the verticality data to the measurement end microcontroller; the measuring end microcontroller is used for transmitting the perpendicularity data to the main control end microcontroller; the main control end microcontroller is used for detecting whether a difference value between the perpendicularity data and a preset standard value exceeds a preset threshold value range or not, and if yes, an adjusting instruction is generated and sent to the adjusting module; the adjusting module is used for adjusting the pile frame angle of the steel pipe pile according to the adjusting instruction. According to the invention, full-period and high-precision monitoring of perpendicularity data in pile sinking of the steel pipe pile is realized, the construction efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is saved.
