The novel intelligent post fire hydrant comprises an outer protection box, a control box installed in an inner cavity of the outer protection box, a fire hydrant body installed in the inner cavity of the outer protection box, and a flow guiding device with one end penetrating through the outer protection box to be connected to the fire hydrant body; and the outer protection box comprises an outer protection box body, two solar photovoltaic panels both installed at the top of the outer protection box body and the plate faces of the two solar photovoltaic panels are opposite, and a solar storage battery installed on the right side wall of the inner cavity of the outer protection box body.
