Two-step buried culvert underwater dredging method and underwater screening dredging robot
The invention provides a two-step buried culvert underwater dredging method and an underwater screening dredging robot. The underwater screening and dredging robot comprises a robot body, a vibrating conveyor arranged on the robot body, a sludge suction pump arranged on the front portion of the robot body, a sludge discharging pipe connected with the sludge suction pump and a garbage chute arranged in the tail portion of the vibrating conveyor; the vibrating conveyor is used for separating sludge and garbage; the sludge obtained after separation is sucked out through the sludge suction pump and discharged through the sludge discharging pipe; and the garbage obtained after separation is discharged to the rear portion of the dredging robot through the garbage chute. The underwater screening dredging robot provided by the invention is used for carrying out separation treatment on sludge and garbage, then the garbage discharged to the rear part of the dredging robot is shoveled and conveyed to an underground culvert lifting hole or the junction of the underground culvert and an open channel, and the garbage is taken out by utilizing a garbage grab bucket, so that the underwater dredging process can be completed by utilizing a simple and efficient two-step method; and meanwhile, the influence of garbage on the dredging robot is avoided, and the practical application value is high.
本发明提供了一种两步法暗涵水下清淤方法及水下筛分清淤机器人。水下筛分清淤机器人包括机身、设置于机身上的振动输送机、设置于机身前部的吸泥泵、与吸泥泵连接的排泥管以及设置于振动输送机尾部的垃圾溜槽;振动输送机用于分离淤泥与垃圾,分离后得到的淤泥由吸泥泵吸出并通过所述排泥管排出,分离后得到的垃圾通过垃圾溜槽排放至清淤机器人后方。通过使用本发明提供的水下筛分清淤机器人对淤泥与垃圾进行分离处理,再将排放至清淤机器人后方的垃圾铲送至暗涵吊孔或暗涵与明渠交界处,利用垃圾抓斗将垃圾取出,即可利用简单高效的两步法完成水下清淤过程,同时避免了垃圾对清淤机器人的影响,具有较高的实际应用价值。
