The invention discloses an assembly type integrated tube well. The assembly type integrated tube well comprises a plurality of sets of integrated tube well assembly units which are sequentially assembled in the height direction; each integrated tube well assembly unit comprises a concrete wallboard and a partition board arranged on the upper portion of the concrete wallboard, wherein the partition board is provided with a containing cavity which is formed in the partition board and provided with an upper opening; each integrated tube well assembly unit further comprises a pipeline support, wherein the pipeline support comprises a support part fixed in the containing cavity, and the support part is provided with an installation ring; and each integrated tube well assembly unit further comprises a floor penetrating casing pipe penetrating through the corresponding concrete wallboard, wherein the floor penetrating casing pipe is connected with the corresponding concrete wallboard in a sealed mode. The invention further discloses a construction method of the assembly type integrated tube well. The assembly type integrated tube well and the construction method thereof aim to solve the technical problems that a tube well construction method in the prior art is difficult to construct and low in precision.
