The invention relates to a composite cross arm and a power transmission pole. The composite cross arm comprises a core rod; a force bearing piece which is fixedly connected to the middle of the core rod in a wrapping mode; and insulating layers, wherein the number of the insulating layers is two, the two insulating layers are respectively arranged at two sides of the force bearing piece, and the two insulating layers wrap and are fixedly connected to other areas, except the middle part, of the core rod. By means of the mode, the force bearing piece is preset at the connecting position of the core rod and the rod body, on one hand, the core rod can be connected with the rod body without a punching mode, on the other hand, fixedly-connected loads directly act on the force bearing piece, damage to the insulating layers is avoided, and the force bearing piece and the insulating layers are both fixed to the peripheral face of the core rod in a wrapping mode. Corrosion of the external environment to the core rod is avoided, and the mechanical property of the composite cross arm is guaranteed.
本申请涉及一种复合横担及输电杆。复合横担包括:芯棒;承力件,包覆固接于所述芯棒的中部;绝缘层,数量为两个,两个绝缘层分别设置于所述承力件的两侧,两个绝缘层包覆固接于述芯棒的除中部外的其他区域。通过上述方式,在芯棒与杆体连接的部位预设一承力件,一方面芯棒无需通过打孔的方式实现与杆体的连接,另一方面固定连接的荷载直接作用于承力件上,不会对绝缘层造成损坏,承力件和绝缘层均包覆固定在芯棒的外周面,避免外部环境对芯棒的腐蚀,保证复合横担的力学性能。
