The invention discloses a composite cross arm which is fixedly connected to a pole body of a power transmission pole and comprises a first composite cross arm body and a second composite cross arm body. One end of the first composite cross arm is fixedly connected with the rod body, and the other end is a first free end which is provided with a first wire hanging point; the second composite cross arm is hung below the first composite cross arm, the second composite cross arm comprises a triangular structure, the top end of the triangular structure is fixedly connected with the first free end, and the other two ends of the triangular structure are provided with a second wire hanging point and a third wire hanging point respectively; at least two of the first wire hanging point, the second wire hanging point and the third wire hanging point are used for hanging wires. The composite cross arm adopting the structure is good in interphase insulation performance and high in lead transmission capacity, and meanwhile, the width of a line corridor can be reduced; as the upper cross arm is short, the height of the lightning conductor bracket and the lightning protection distance can be shortened; the overall stress is balanced, force transmission is clear, and the appearance is attractive. The invention further discloses a power transmission pole.
