The invention provides a tubular pile inclinometry positioner which comprises a positioner body, fixing supporting frames, a locking mechanism and a pulley structure, the positioner body is of an unclosed circular ring structure with a notch, one section at the position of the notch extends outwards to be welded with an annular pull ring, a screw hole is formed in the inner side wall of the pull ring, there are four the fixing supporting frames, the four fixing supporting frames are evenly arranged on the outer wall of the positioner body, the first fixing supporting frame is arranged on the other section of the notch, a screw hole is formed in the position, opposite to the screw hole of the pull ring, of the periphery of the first fixing supporting frame, and an installation groove is formed in the front end of the first fixing supporting frame. The pulley structure is installed on the installation groove, and the locking mechanism penetrates through the pull ring and the first fixing supporting frame to fix the pull ring and the first fixing supporting frame together. The positioner is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the form of the pipe pile driven underground can be accurately measured, the foundation bearing capacity is guaranteed, and building safety is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种管桩测斜定位器,包括定位器本体、固定支撑架、锁紧机构及滑轮结构,所述定位器本体为具有一缺口的不闭合的圆环结构,其中在缺口位置的一断面向外延伸焊接一环形的拉环,拉环内侧壁上开有一螺丝孔,所述固定支撑架有四个,四个固定支撑架均匀设置在定位器本体外壁上,其中第一固定支撑架设置在缺口另一断面上,第一固定支撑架周身上与拉环的螺丝孔相对位置也开有一螺丝孔,所述第一固定支撑架的前端开有安装槽,滑轮结构安装在安装槽上,所述锁紧机构穿过拉环及第一固定支撑架将两者固定在一起。本发明结构简单,操作方便,能够精确测得管桩在打入地下后的形态,保证地基承载力,保证建筑安全。
