Bridge abutment back filling structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a bridge abutment back filling structure. The structure is sequentially provided with a cushion layer, a foam concrete layer and a pavement structure layer from bottom to top, wherein the foam concrete layer is of a frame structure made of foam concrete in a pouring mode, or of a frame structure made of foam concrete in a pouring mode after being filled with foam concrete precast blocks. A construction method comprises the following steps: (1) prefabricating foam concrete; or prefabricating foam concrete and foam concrete blocks; (2) laying the cushion layer on the foundation; (3) pouring the foam concrete on the cushion layer, or performing filling with the foam concrete blocks and then pouring the foam concrete so as to form the foam concrete layer; and (4) paving the pavement structure layer on the foam concrete layer. During construction, vibration compaction is not needed, and the abutment back can be effectively prevented from cracking; and the construction processes of prefabrication and cast-in-place are adopted, so that the construction time can be greatly shortened, and the comprehensive construction cost of engineering is reduced.
本发明公开了一种桥台背填充结构,自下而上依次设置有:垫层、泡沫混凝土层和路面结构层,其中,泡沫混凝土层是由泡沫混凝土浇筑制成的框架结构,或是先由泡沫混凝土预制块体填充再由泡沫混凝土浇筑制成的框架结构;施工方法:(1)预制泡沫混凝土;或,预制泡沫混凝土和泡沫混凝土块体;(2)在地基上铺设垫层;(3)在垫层上浇筑泡沫混凝土,或先用泡沫混凝土块体填充再浇筑泡沫混凝土,形成泡沫混凝土层;(4)在泡沫混凝土层上铺设路面结构层,即得。本发明施工时无需振捣压实,能够有效防止桥台背开裂;采用“预制+现浇”的施工工艺,可以大幅缩短施工时间,降低工程综合造价。
