The invention discloses a highway bridge deck construction method of a highway-railway dual-purpose bridge, a main beam of the highway-railway dual-purpose bridge is a steel truss beam, the lower layer is used for laying a railway bridge deck, and the upper layer is used for laying a highway bridge deck. The construction method includes the steps that firstly, prefabricated bridge deck slabs are hoisted; wet joint steel bars are installed between the bridge deck slabs, corrugated pipes are installed in the transverse bridge direction, and steel strands are manually threaded from a middle truss to the two sides; wet joint formworks are fixed to the bottoms of the bridge deck slabs through pull rods, wet joint concrete is poured, the wet joint formworks are dismantled, and pull rod holes are blocked; and finally, movable tensioning suspension supports are used for tensioning, mud jacking and end sealing work. By means of the method, pull rods input in prefabricated bridge deck slab erection and wet joint formwork installation can be reduced, the construction period of tensioning operation is effectively shortened, and construction is convenient, safe and reliable.
本发明公开了一种公铁两用桥的公路桥桥面施工方法,该公铁两用桥的主梁为钢桁梁,下层用于铺设铁路桥桥面,上层用于铺设公路桥桥面,其施工方法包括以下步骤:先吊装预制桥面板;在桥面板间安装湿接缝钢筋,沿横桥向安装波纹管,并从中桁向两侧人工穿钢绞线;用拉杆将湿接缝模板固定在桥面板底部,浇筑湿接缝混凝土,拆除湿接缝模板,封堵拉杆孔;最后利用可移动的张拉悬挂支架进行张拉、压浆及封端工作。本发明能减少预制桥面板架设与湿接缝模板安装中的拉杆投入,有效缩短了张拉作业的施工周期,施工便捷,安全可靠。
