The invention discloses a self-supporting cast-in-place construction method for a concrete beam of a cable-stayed bridge, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, horizontally dividing a cross beam to be constructed into a lower beam layer and an upper beam layer; step 2, constructing a beam support; step 3, pouring the lower beam layer, and when the concrete strength of the lower beam layer reaches 100% of the self-strength, tensioning and grouting part of prestressing tendons, so that the lower beam layer forms a stable structure; and step 4, pouring the upper beam layer, and tensioning and grouting residual prestressing tendons so as to finish beam construction. The beam is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer for construction, the lower-layer beam is firstly tensioned and grouted to form part of the prestressing tendons, self-weighing in the beam construction process is achieved, the bearing requirement of the beam support is lowered, and the design of the beam support is optimized.
