The structure comprises a plurality of first prefabricated anti-slide piles which are inserted into the first side of a cutting in rows at intervals, a plurality of second prefabricated anti-slide piles which are inserted into the second side of the cutting in rows at intervals, first prefabricated baffles which are inserted into the first prefabricated anti-slide piles, and second prefabricated baffles which are inserted into the second prefabricated anti-slide piles. The height of the first baffle is larger than that of the first anti-slide pile, the height of the second prefabricated baffle is larger than that of the second prefabricated anti-slide pile, and a top plate is connected between the top of the first prefabricated anti-slide pile and the top of the second prefabricated anti-slide pile.
