Fabricated tunnel structure suitable for open cut tunnel and construction method thereof
The assembly type tunnel structure comprises a bottom plate, assembly groove bases are symmetrically arranged on the two edges of the top of the bottom plate, and a plurality of left side prefabricated arches and a plurality of right side prefabricated arches which are sequentially distributed in the length direction of the bottom plate are arranged on the two assembly groove bases correspondingly; the left side prefabricated arch and the right side prefabricated arch are symmetrically distributed, the opposite left side prefabricated arch and the right side prefabricated arch are connected to form an arch lining structure, and a butt joint fixing structure is arranged at the joint of the left side prefabricated arch and the right side prefabricated arch. A traditional cast-in-place process is converted into a prefabrication process, and on-site assembly forming is carried out, so that use of turnover construction tools is reduced, meanwhile, the concrete pouring and curing time is omitted, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the prefabricated arch assembly speed is high, and the mechanical degree is high.
本发明提供适用于明挖隧道的装配式隧道结构及其施工方法,包括底板,底板顶部的两个边缘处对称设置有装配槽座,两个装配槽座上分别设置有沿底板长度方向依次分布的若干个左侧预制拱和若干个右侧预制拱,左侧预制拱与右侧预制拱对称分布,相对的左侧预制拱与右侧预制拱相连接形成拱形衬砌结构,左侧预制拱与右侧预制拱的连接处设置有对接固定结构。通过将传统的现浇工艺转变为预制工艺,并通过现场拼装成型,从而减少了周转施工工具的使用,同时省略了混凝土浇筑和养护的时间,有效的提高了施工效率,具有预制拱拼装速度快,机械化程度高。
