The invention relates to a heat preservation structure for achieving low energy consumption of a building. The heat preservation structure comprises a heat preservation plate, a concrete base layer and a heat storage plate which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, wherein a first steel bar close to the heat preservation plate and a second steel bar close to the heat storage plate are arranged on the two sides of the concrete base layer; a connecting piece is connected between a metal net and the heat preservation plate; the connecting piece penetrates through the concrete base layer, and the two ends of the connecting piece are connected with the metal net and the heat preservation plate correspondingly, so that the metal net and the heat preservation plate are assembled into an integrated structure; a groove is formed in the side, close to the concrete base layer, of the heat preservation plate; and concrete for enhancing the connecting strength between the heat preservation plate and the concrete base layer is poured into the groove. According to the heat preservation structure, through the comprehensive design of the heat preservation plate, the concrete base layer and the heat storage plate, the thermal inertia value of a wall is increased, the heat preservation plate has a compensation effect on the thermal stability of the wall, and the purposes of high building speed, good energy saving effect and the like are achieved.
