The invention relates to a top plate template dismounting device. The top plate template dismounting device comprises a movable chassis, a lifting assembly mounted above the movable chassis, an operation platform driven by the lifting assembly to lift, and an auxiliary fixing assembly mounted above the operation platform, wherein the auxiliary fixing assembly comprises at least four vertical pipes which are welded and fixed on the operation platform, rib steel bars which are arranged in the vertical pipes in a penetrating manner, and a supporting plate connected with the upper ends of the rib steel bars; the vertical pipes are distributed in four directions of the operation platform; and the side faces of the vertical pipes are in threaded connection with locking bolts for abutting against the rib steel bars. When a top plate template needs to be dismounted, the top plate template dismounting device can be moved to the lower side of the top plate template to be dismounted, and then the operation platform is lifted to a proper position through the lifting assembly. An operator unlocks the locking bolts and lifts the rib steel bars upward until the supporting plate is in a state of abutting against the adjacent top plate template, so that the adjacent top plate template is fixed, and then the top plate template to be dismounted is dismounted. The steps are repeated to dismount all the top plate templates.
