The invention discloses a building formwork dismounting device and a using method thereof.The building formwork dismounting device comprises a fixing sleeve plate, a dismounting mechanism is arranged on the fixing sleeve plate, the dismounting mechanism comprises a moving assembly and a clamping assembly, the moving assembly is slidably arranged in a cavity, the clamping assembly is arranged at one end of the fixing sleeve plate, and the clamping assembly comprises at least one pair of long plates; the movable blocks and the movable connecting rod mechanisms are located between the same pair of long plates, pushing rods capable of driving the same pair of long plates to be close to each other or away from each other are inserted into the middles of the movable blocks, automatic clamping assemblies connected with the moving assemblies are arranged at the ends, penetrating through the corresponding long plates, of the pushing rods, and the moving assemblies provide power for movement of the pushing rods; and the insertion teeth are fixedly connected to the inner sides of the long plates. By arranging the moving assembly and the clamping assembly of the moving assembly, the building formwork can be conveniently and rapidly disassembled, assistance is conveniently provided for the moving assembly through the driving assembly and the locking assembly, and therefore the building formwork which is difficult to disassemble is disassembled, and more labor is saved.
