The invention relates to a continuous bare concrete prefabricated stand plate and a construction method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of preparing a prefabricated stand plate with three continuous step structures, wherein a fixed piece is arranged at the bottom of the prepared prefabricated stand plate, and a hoisting piece is arranged on the side of the prepared prefabricated stand plate; hoisting the prefabricated stand plate to a stand beam through the hoisting piece, and inserting the fixed piece into an inserting groove formed in the stand beam; adjusting the mounting position of the prefabricated stand plate, and pouring grouting materials into the inserting groove so as to anchor the fixed piece after the mounting position is adjusted, so that the prefabricated stand plate is fixedly connected with the stand beam; and arranging sealing glue at the butt seam of two adjacent prefabricated stand plates for sealing connection, so that the construction of the prefabricated stand plate is completed. According to the continuous bare concrete prefabricated stand plate, the component size is increased, the total number of components is reduced, each component is simple in process tracking, the whole component is hoisted, the operation frequency is low, and the labor cost is reduced.
