Imidazole cations and tetrafluoroborate anions are introduced into the molecular structure of the water reducing agent, and the introduction of the cations and the anions improves the dispersion performance of a polymer, particularly reduces the interaction force between the water reducing agent and soil, improves the flowing property and the water reducing rate, and further improves the anti-mud effect of the water reducing agent. The concrete mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of Portland cement, 8-16 parts of regenerated plastic, 120-210 parts of stones, 50-80 parts of fly ash, 7-18 parts of filling fibers, 6-4 parts of a silane coupling agent, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent and 20-34 parts of water.
