The invention provides a preparation method of the non-stoichiometric lead-free ferroelectric ceramic material, which comprises the following steps: mixing and ball-milling a titanium source, a tin source, a barium source and a lanthanum source to obtain powder; heating and reacting the powder to obtain a synthetic material; carrying out molding treatment on the synthetic material to obtain a green body; and degumming and sintering the green body to obtain the material with the structure as shown in the formula I. The material provided by the invention can effectively solve the technical defects of low energy storage density and no environmental protection of the existing dielectric material.
