The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing before construction; 2, performing joint cutting; 3, performing grooving treatment, and after joint cutting is completed, performing grooving through an air pick; 4, installing profile steel, checking whether sundries in a groove are cleaned before installation, and removing the sundries in a crack between the hollow slab and the back wall through a high-pressure water gun so as to ensure the quality; 5, connecting the expansion joint steel bars with the pre-embedded bars of the prestressed hollow slab; 6, performing concrete pouring; 7, carrying out maintenance treatment; 8, installing rubber strips, and installing the rubber strips; and 9, performing reinforcement, increasing the concrete size on the surface of the component, adding load-bearing steel bars, the component and the original structure form a whole, and therefore the effective height of the component and the area of the load-bearing steel bars are increased, and the rigidity and bearing capacity of the component are improved.
