The invention discloses a construction method of a pre-supporting structure of a subway station closely-attached underneath passing existing station. The construction method comprises the steps of pilot tunnel pre-reinforcement, grouting and existing station lifting, pre-supporting early-stage preparation construction and pre-supporting arrangement. According to the construction method, when a new subway station is constructed through a hole pile method, the stratum around a pilot tunnel is reinforced through advanced pre-grouting, and the existing station stress loss caused by pilot tunnel excavation is reduced; meanwhile, the existing station is reasonably lifted, and a space for settlement deformation is reserved for subsequent excavation; then settlement generated by the existing station in the pilot tunnel excavation process is recovered through grouting and lifting; and finally, a lead screw is arranged to abut against the existing station. According to the construction method, the lead screw and I-shaped steel do not need to be disassembled, the stress change caused by support disassembling can be avoided, and long-term stability of the existing station is effectively guaranteed. According to the construction method, the settlement of the existing station can be controlled within a small range, and therefore the engineering requirement is met; and the construction process is simple, the construction difficulty is low, and the construction method can be applied to the station closely-attached underneath passing engineering in the future.
本发明公开一种地铁车站密贴下穿既有车站预支顶结构的施工方法,包括导洞预加固,注浆抬升既有车站,预支顶前期预备施工,设置预支顶。本发明在采用洞桩法施工新建地铁车站时通过超前预注浆加固导洞周围地层减小导洞开挖引起的既有车站应力损失,同时对既有车站进行了合理的抬升,为后续开挖预留沉降变形的空间,之后通过注浆抬升恢复导洞开挖过程中既有车站产生的沉降,最后设置丝杠顶紧既有车站,本发明不需要拆除丝杠及工字钢,可以避免拆除支撑所带来的应力变化,有效保证既有车站的长久稳定。本发明可将既有车站沉降控制在微小范围内从而满足工程要求,且施工工艺简单,施工难度小,可应用于未来站站密贴下穿工程中。
