According to the technical scheme, pipe gallery in-situ protection and structure synchronous construction are achieved, pipe gallery monitoring data are not abnormal in the construction process, the data change trend is stable, abnormal settlement or deformation does not exist, all data are within the controllable range, a station structure top plate does not have the obvious leakage condition after construction, and the technical means has good economical efficiency and production value.
本发明提供了一种地铁车站密贴下穿基坑既有综合管廊的施工方法,实现了大部分地铁施工时下穿基坑既有构筑物的问题,摒弃了破除后恢复或暗挖施工等传统处理方式,利用L型支撑梁永临结合技术手段,实现了管廊原位保护和结构同步施工的情况,施工过程中管廊监测数据无异常,数据变化趋势平稳,无异常沉降或变形,各项数据均在可控范围之内,施工后车站结构顶板无明显渗漏情况,该技术手段具有良好的经济性和生产价值。
