The invention relates to the technical field of building prefabricated wallboards, and discloses a waterproof compression-resistant prefabricated sound insulation wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The prefabricated sound insulation wallboard comprises a first concrete layer, a glass bead sound insulation layer and a second concrete layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, and steel bars penetrating through the three layers; the glass bead sound insulation layer is prepared from the following raw materials: glass bead-coated hydrophobic polymer particles, cellulose, Portland cement, rubber powder, polymethacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, a photoinitiator and water; and acryloyloxy groups are grafted outside the glass bead-coated hydrophobic polymer particles. The glass bead-coated the hydrophobic polymer particles are adopted as sound absorption materials, the situation that the sound absorption effect becomes poor after water enters small holes of the glass beads can be prevented, the glass bead-coated hydrophobic polymer particles can be tightly combined with cement, and the prefabricated sound insulation wallboard has high compressive strength; and in addition, the glass bead-coated hydrophobic polymer particles with various particle sizes are adopted, so that the sound insulation effect and compressive strength of the prefabricated sound insulation wallboard can be improved.
本发明涉及建筑预制墙板技术领域,公开了一种防水抗压预制隔音墙板及其制备方法。本发明的预制隔音墙板包括由内到外依次设置的第一混凝土层、玻化微珠隔音层和第二混凝土层,以及贯穿三层的钢筋;所述玻化微珠隔音层包括以下原料:玻化微珠@疏水聚合物颗粒,纤维素,硅酸盐水泥,胶粉,聚甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,光引发剂,水;所述玻化微珠@疏水聚合物颗粒外接枝有丙烯酰氧基。本发明采用玻化微珠@疏水聚合物颗粒作为吸音材料,能防止水进入玻化微珠小孔后导致吸音效果变差,并能与水泥紧密结合,使预制隔音墙板具有较高的抗压强度;并且,本发明采用多种粒径的玻化微珠@疏水聚合物颗粒,能提高预制隔音墙板的隔音效果和抗压强度。
