The invention discloses a thermal-insulation waterproof greening planting prefabricated wallboard roof panel and a preparation method thereof. The thermal-insulation waterproof greening planting prefabricated wallboard roof panel is composed of a greening planting layer and a foamed concrete thermal-insulation layer. The greening planting layer directly adheres to a foamed cement thermal-insulation layer by adopting cement mortar, and bonding is firm. Foamed cement is light, can reduce the load of a building when serving as a wall roof panel, and also has a thermal-insulation function. A concrete crystallizer is coated between the planting layer and the foamed cement thermal-insulation layer, so that a permanent waterproof effect can be achieved, and penetration damage of greening plant root systems to the thermal-insulation layer can be prevented. Rock wool is low in volume weight and high in water absorption, properties of the rock wool are close to those of soil, the rock wool is free of toxins and cannot be corroded or generate mildew and bacteria, and the service life is long. A water passing pipe is embedded in the foamed thermal-insulation layer, and water spraying holes areformed in the water passing pipe and are connected with a circulating irrigation system to provide water and a nutrient solution for planted greening plants. The planting layer and the thermal-insulation layer are firmly bonded, the roof panel is prefabricated in a factory and is integrally formed, and the the cost is low.
