A cantilever crane comprises a plurality of sections of arms, the adjacent arms are rotatably connected in the same vertical plane, and the cantilever crane control system comprises a plurality of variable-amplitude driving components, a plurality of inclination angle detection components, a rotation angle detection component and a controller; the variable-amplitude driving components are arranged between the adjacent sections of arms; the plurality of inclination angle detection components are installed at the starting ends of the multi-section arms in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are configured to detect the acceleration and angular velocity of the starting ends in three orthogonal directions when the arms are vibrated; the rotation angle detection component is configured to detect the rotation angle of the cantilever crane in the horizontal plane; and the controller is configured to obtain the postures of the multi-section arms according to the detection values of the multiple inclination angle detection components and the rotation angle detection component so as to obtain the deformation offset of the multi-section arms relative to the target position, and enable the corresponding variable-amplitude driving components to act to adjust the positions of the arms according to the deformation offset, so that the cantilever crane is kept at the target position.
