The cantilever crane included angle sensor is used for detecting an included angle signal between each section of arm and the horizontal plane, the left and right rear supporting leg swing angle sensors are used for detecting swing angle signals of left and right rear supporting legs, and the left and right front leg pull wire sensors are used for detecting extension length signals of left and right front legs. The invention further discloses an anti-rollover control method for the concrete cantilever crane type pump truck. According to the anti-rollover control system and method for the concrete arm frame type pump truck, under the condition that supporting legs of the concrete arm frame type pump truck cannot be completely unfolded, the concrete arm frame type pump truck can be prevented from rollover, and safe construction is guaranteed.
