The invention provides a preparation method of lightweight concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a, preparing materials: purchasing sand, lightweight aggregate, coal ash and cement; b, screening: specifically, the sand is screened through a sand screening machine to remove impurities in the sand; and c, stirring: putting 250-300 parts by weight of sand, 30-40 parts by weight of lightweight aggregate, 22-26 parts by weight of coal ash and 180-200 parts by weight of cement into a batching device, stirring, then introducing 50-60 parts by weight of water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the finished product lightweight concrete.
本发明提供了一种轻质混凝土的制备方法，包括以下步骤：a、备料：外购沙子、轻骨料、煤灰和水泥；b、筛选：通过筛沙机对沙子进行筛选，以去除其中的杂质；c、搅拌：按重量份，放入250‑300份沙子、30‑40份轻骨料、22‑26份煤灰和180‑200份水泥到配料装置中搅拌，再通入50‑60份水，搅拌均匀后，即可得到成品的轻质混凝土。
