Zirconia ceramic substrate and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic materials, and discloses a zirconia ceramic substrate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of 1, taking zirconia powder, a solvent, a dispersing agent, a binder and a plasticizer to be subjected to ball milling and mixing to form slurry; (2) carrying out filtering, vacuum defoaming and tape casting on the slurry in the step (1) to prepare a cast film; (3) cutting and laminating the cast film in the step (2) according to the required shape and size, and carrying out vacuum packaging sealing and warm isostatic pressing treatment to obtain a substrate biscuit; and (4) dumping and sintering the substrate biscuit obtained in the step (3) to obtain the zirconia ceramic substrate with the preset shape and size. The method is simple in process, short in preparation period and high in production efficiency, and the prepared zirconia ceramic substrate is high in density and good in mechanical property and meets the application requirements in the field of mobile phone backboards.
