The invention provides a preparation method of a zirconia ceramic substrate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a zirconia ceramic substrate green body; performing hydrostatic pressure treatment on the green body, and sequentially stacking the setter plate, the ceramic plate, the green body and the ceramic plate to obtain a green body; pre-sintering the green body to convert the green body into a pre-sintered green body; and taking out the pre-sintered green body, sequentially stacking a setter plate, a ceramic plate, the pre-sintered green body, the ceramic plate and the setter plate, and sintering to obtain the zirconia ceramic substrate. According to the method, the zirconia ceramic sheet which is good in thickness uniformity, high in product surface quality, high in flatness, high in bending strength, higher in density, good in substrate grain crystallinity and tight in combination can be prepared, and the warping degree of the zirconia ceramic sheet is lower than 400 microns.
本发明提供一种氧化锆陶瓷基片的制备方法,包括:制备氧化锆陶瓷基片生坯;将生坯进行静水压处理后,按照承烧板、陶瓷板、生坯、陶瓷板依次堆叠得到坯体;将坯体进行预烧结,使生坯转变成预烧结坯体;将预烧结坯体取出,再按照承烧板、陶瓷板、预烧结坯体、陶瓷板和承烧板依次堆叠后,进行烧结,得到氧化锆陶瓷基片。该方法能够制备出厚度均一性好、产品表面质量高、平整度高、弯曲强度高、翘曲度低于400μm、密度较高、基片晶粒结晶度好、结合紧密的氧化锆陶瓷薄片。
