The invention discloses a self-elevating platform screw pile foundation and an operation method thereof. The self-elevating platform screw pile foundation comprises two foundation structures, namely a bare transmission shaft type self-elevating platform screw pile foundation and a truss type self-elevating platform screw pile foundation, and the main function of the two foundation structures is that when the self-elevating platform legs are lowered, the screw pile rotates to generate downward penetration force, and the upper large-diameter screw blade avoids the puncture problem when the screw pile penetrates into a soft soil layer from a hard soil layer; and compared with huge disturbance generated by traditional pile shoe penetration to a soil body, the penetration of the spiral pile cannot dump a large amount of the soil body, the soil squeezing effect is weak, and important significance is also achieved for the safety of a platform close to a fixed jacket.
