The equivalent steel concrete prefabricated column comprises a concrete main body and an equivalent steel connecting piece, wherein the equivalent steel connecting piece is arranged in the axis direction of the concrete main body, and the equivalent steel connecting piece protrudes out of the end surface of the concrete main body. The equivalent steel connecting piece arranged in the length direction of the concrete main body meets the requirements of the prefabricated column for tensile strength and bending strength; and the equivalent steel connecting piece protrudes out of the end surface of the concrete main body, so that when two prefabricated columns are connected, the equivalent steel connecting pieces of the two prefabricated columns can be welded firstly, then the two prefabricated columns are connected through local formwork erecting and concrete pouring, the equivalent steel connecting piece not only enhances the connecting strength of the joint of the two prefabricated columns, but also simplifies the welding construction process and reduces the welding construction difficulty.
