The invention provides a prefabricated steel concrete composite column structure and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building structure design and construction. The structure comprises prefabricated steel concrete column assemblies and a positioning column, the multiple prefabricated steel concrete column assemblies are arranged around the outer side of the positioning column, each prefabricated steel concrete column assembly comprises a T-shaped steel plate, a connecting key and assembly concrete, one end of the connecting key is welded to the T-shaped steel plate, and the other end of the connecting key is detachably connected with the peripheral face of the positioning column. The construction method comprises the following steps that the connecting keys and the T-shaped steel plates are welded; pouring assembly concrete between the outer sides of the T-shaped steel plates and the connecting keys; the multiple prefabricated steel concrete column assemblies are evenly arranged on the outer side of the positioning column around the axis of the positioning column; and the prefabricated steel concrete column assembly and the positioning column are assembled. The bearing capacity of the large eccentric compression column is improved, and structural damage caused by large tensile stress is overcome; split prefabrication can be carried out, and on-site splicing is carried out through the connecting keys, so that construction is more convenient.
本发明提供了一种预制钢混凝土组合柱结构及其施工方法,属于建筑结构设计和施工技术领域。该结构包括:预制钢混凝土柱组件和定位柱,多个所述预制钢混凝土柱组件排布围绕在定位柱的外侧,预制钢混凝土柱组件包括T型钢板、连接键和组件混凝土,连接键的一端与T型钢板相焊接,连接键的另一端与定位柱的外周面可拆卸连接。该施工方法包括以下步骤:将连接键与T型钢板焊接;在T型钢板外侧和连接键间浇筑组件混凝土;将多个预制钢混凝土柱组件绕着定位柱轴线在其外侧均匀布置;将预制钢混凝土柱组件与定位柱装配。本发明提高了大偏心受压柱的承载力,克服由于拉应力大而造成结构破坏;且可以进行拆分预制,通过连接键现场拼装,施工更加方便。
