The invention discloses a novel steel-wood combined formwork and a construction method thereof. The formwork comprises a wood formwork and a single-sided galvanized sheet iron, wherein the wood formwork and the single-sided galvanized sheet iron are fixedly connected through rivets, cap nails are arranged on the edge and the inner area of the wood formwork, the distance between the rivets on the edge of the wood formwork is 25 mm, three rows of anchoring nails are arranged in a quincunx shape, the distance between the rivets in the inner area of the wood formwork is 100 mm, and the rivets are fully distributed in the quincunx shape. According to the formwork, the galvanized sheet iron is used for isolating the concrete from the wood formwork, so that the wood formwork is prevented from making direct large-area contact with the concrete, the phenomena of large-area delamination, swelling deformation and the like of the wood formwork exposed to the sun after the wood formwork is soaked by water, additives, release agents and the like in the concrete are prevented, meanwhile, the galvanized sheet iron plays a role of a protection layer on the wood formwork, damage to the wood formwork in the transferring, installing, reinforcing and dismantling process can be greatly reduced, the peripheral edge of the wood formwork can be kept complete particularly, and then the concrete forming quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种新型的钢木组合模板及其施工方法,该模板包括木模板和单面镀锌铁皮,二者之间通过铆钉固定连接。帽钉设置在木模板边缘及内部区域,其中,木模板边缘的铆钉间距为25mm,按照梅花形布置锚固三排,木模板内部区域的铆钉间距100mm,按照梅花形满布。本发明利用镀锌铁皮将混凝土与木模板隔离开来,避免木模板直接大面积接触混凝土,防止木模板在受混凝土中的水分及添加剂、脱模剂等侵泡后,经太阳暴晒发生大面积脱层,膨胀变形等现象。同时,镀锌铁皮对木模板起到“保护层”的作用,可以大幅度减少木模板在周转、安装、加固、拆除过程中收到的破坏,尤其可以保持木模板的四周边缘完整,进而确保混凝土成型质量。
