The invention further discloses a construction method of the steel-wood combined formwork, and the construction method comprises the steps that firstly, the main keel is arranged on the supporting frame; secondly, steel-wood combined formworks are evenly laid on the main keels; thirdly, a plurality of steel-wood combined formworks are evenly and vertically arrayed on the two sides of the main keel and fixed through back ridges and bolts respectively; and fourthly, concrete is poured, and the problems that in building construction, wood consumption is large, waste is serious, and cost is high are solved.
