The invention discloses a humanized mobile infectious disease sample collection workstation. The workstation comprises a movable house body, wherein moving wheels are arranged at the bottom of the house body; a registration window, a normal collection window and a special collection window are arranged on the wall of the house body; the normal collection window comprises a collection assembly; and the collection assembly is embedded in a triangular box body inclined panel of the special collection window. The workstation is scientific and reasonable in design, and can realize non-contact collection of samples for infectious diseases; on one hand, the infection risk possibly faced by collection personnel can be reduced to the maximum extent, and extremely high safety and protection performance are achieved; and on the other hand, the pressure of three-level protection equipment on the bodies of the collection personnel can be reduced, the use of protection tools is reduced, and the cost is reduced. In addition, special crowds such as wheelchair crowds or paralyzed crowds (flat cars) are considered, so that the special collection window can perform sample collection on the wheelchair crowds or the flat car crowds (completely paralyzed), and the workstation is more humanized in design and higher in practicability.
