In accordance with the present invention, provided is a movable lifting workbench capable of enabling a worker to stand thereon and manually or electrically making a change to a necessary work position during installation, maintenance, inspection or other similar work. In accordance with the present invention, the movable lifting workbench can enable a carrier on which a worker stands to make a change to a necessary work position in a working site while ascending and descending along a pillar separated into upper and lower members coupled in a male/female fitting mechanism, wherein the movable lifting workbench includes: a fixed coupling hole provided at the upper end of the lower member of the pillar as well as a plurality of moving coupling holes provided on the upper member at equidistant intervals in the longitudinal direction thereof to be selectively coupled with or separated from the fixed coupling hole such that the height of the pillar can be varied; a carrier including a chair type mounting plate, a bracket guiding the chair type mounting plate to ascend and descend along the upper member, and a winch having a wire coupled to the upper end of the upper member to make the chair type mounting plate ascend and descend while winding and unwinding the wire through normal and reverse rotation; a supporter extended to a side, on which the carrier is installed, at the upper end of the pillar to be supported by a wall of the working site; and a prop installed at the lower end of the pillar in a direction to the floor of the working site, parallel to the wall. Therefore, the movable lifting workbench can be simply installed and used in the working site.
본 발명은 작업자가 올라설 수 있고 설치ㆍ보수ㆍ검사 또는 기타 유사한 작업에서 필요한 작업 위치로 수동 또는 전동방식에 의해 변경할 수 있는 이동용 상승 작업대를 제공함에 있다. 본 발명은 작업자가 올라서는 캐리어가 암수의 끼워 맞춤으로 결합되는 상ㆍ하 부재로 분리되어 이룬 기둥을 타고 오르내리며 작업 현장에서 필요한 작업 위치로 변경시킬 수 있는 이동용 상승 작업대로서, 기둥의 하 부재 상단에 고정 결속공을 구비함과 아울러, 상 부재에는 그 길이 방향에서 등간격으로 구비되어 고정 결속공과 선택적으로 결합ㆍ분리되는 다수의 가동 결속공들을 이용해 상기 기둥의 높이가 가변되게 한 것, 캐리어는 의자형 탑재판과 이 의자형 탑재판이 상 부재를 타고 오르내리도록 안내하는 브래킷, 그리고 상 부재 상단에 와이어가 결속되어 정역회전으로 와이어어 감기고 풀리면서 의자형 탑재판을 오르내리게 하는 윈치가 구비되어 이룬 것, 기둥의 상단에 캐리어가 설치된 측으로 연장되어 작업 현장의 벽면에 받쳐지는 지지대 및 기둥의 하단에는 작업 현장의 바닥으로 벽면과 병행한 방향에서 설치되는 받침대로 이루어 작업 현장에 간단히 설치하여 사용할 수 있게 된다.
In accordance with the present invention, provided is a movable lifting workbench capable of enabling a worker to stand thereon and manually or electrically making a change to a necessary work position during installation, maintenance, inspection or other similar work. In accordance with the present invention, the movable lifting workbench can enable a carrier on which a worker stands to make a change to a necessary work position in a working site while ascending and descending along a pillar separated into upper and lower members coupled in a male/female fitting mechanism, wherein the movable lifting workbench includes: a fixed coupling hole provided at the upper end of the lower member of the pillar as well as a plurality of moving coupling holes provided on the upper member at equidistant intervals in the longitudinal direction thereof to be selectively coupled with or separated from the fixed coupling hole such that the height of the pillar can be varied; a carrier including a chair type mounting plate, a bracket guiding the chair type mounting plate to ascend and descend along the upper member, and a winch having a wire coupled to the upper end of the upper member to make the chair type mounting plate ascend and descend while winding and unwinding the wire through normal and reverse rotation; a supporter extended to a side, on which the carrier is installed, at the upper end of the pillar to be supported by a wall of the working site; and a prop installed at the lower end of the pillar in a direction to the floor of the working site, parallel to the wall. 본 발명은 작업자가 올라설 수 있고 설치ㆍ보수ㆍ검사 또는 기타 유사한 작업에서 필요한 작업 위치로 수동 또는 전동방식에 의해 변경할 수 있는 이동용 상승 작업대를 제공함에 있다. 본 발명은 작업자가 올라서는 캐리어가 암수의 끼워 맞춤으로 결합되는 상ㆍ하 부재로 분리되어 이룬 기둥을 타고 오르내리며 작업 현장에서 필요한 작업 위치로 변경시킬 수 있는 이동용 상승 작업대로서, 기둥의 하 부재 상단에 고정 결속공을 구비함과 아울러, 상 부재에는 그 길이 방향에서 등간격으로 구비되어 고정 결속공과 선택적으로 결합ㆍ분리되는 다수의 가동 결속공들을 이용해 상기 기둥의 높이가 가변되게 한 것, 캐리어는 의자형 탑재판과 이 의자형 탑재판이 상 부재를 타고 오르내리도록 안내하는 브래킷, 그리고 상 부재 상단에 와이어가 결속되어 정역회전으로 와이어어 감기고 풀리면서 의자형 탑재판을 오르내리게 하는 윈치가 구비되어 이룬 것, 기둥의 상단에 캐리어가 설치된 측으로 연장되어 작업 현장의 벽면에 받쳐지는 지지대 및 기둥의 하단에는 작업 현장의 바닥으로 벽면과 병행한 방향에서 설치되는 받침대로 이루어 작업 현장에 간단히 설치하여 사용할 수 있게 된다.
