The process comprises the steps of 1, beam manufacturing pedestal position planning and internal mold storage foundation placement, 2, storage rack and movable/fixed bracket foundation construction, 3, storage rack and movable/fixed bracket installation, 4, internal mold block entry and assembly, 5, internal mold module connection and hoisting storage, 6, hydraulic system installation and module contraction, stretching and lifting debugging, 7, height and axial correction of the storage rack and movable/fixed bracket, and 8, the debugging of the integral self-propelled hydraulic internal mold so as to meet the use condition. The process has the beneficial effects that the process has the functions of variable-diameter section direct collection, automatic displacement and hydraulic system remote control operation; a bailey type keel is adopted, so that the stress of an inner mold structure is more reasonable, and in the actual hoisting process, the deformation is zero; and a hydraulic system is simple in structure and has the advantages of being few in pipeline, powerful in function, low in failure rate, low in noise and convenient to maintain.
