The waterproof impervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: cement, gravel, broken stone, water, fly ash, mineral powder, silica fume, a water reducing agent, hydrophobic silicon dioxide microspheres, composite fibers and molasses calcium. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the hydrophobic silicon dioxide microspheres, putting the hydrophobic silicon dioxide microspheres into part of water, then adding the molasses calcium, mixing and stirring, then adding the composite fibers, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; weighing the cement, the gravel, the broken stone, the fly ash, the mineral powder, the silica fume and the residual water, and stirring and mixing to obtain a stirred material; and adding the mixture and the water reducing agent into the stirred material, mixing and stirring, pouring into a mold, and curing to obtain the waterproof impervious concrete. The waterproof impervious concrete has the advantage of improved water flow impact resistance.
