Production process of waterproof impervious concrete
The production process comprises the following steps: respectively metering and weighing cement, water, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and admixture according to corresponding proportions; the preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring cement, water, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and admixture into a concrete mixer in proportion, stirring and mixing until a mixture is formed, adding 0.05 part of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 0.2 part of water into the mixture in proportion, continuously stirring and mixing, adding slag powder according to a proportion of 5%, and adding an expanding agent according to a proportion of 3% to obtain a mixture; filling the mixture into a concrete anti-seepage mold coated with a release agent, curing for 25-30 days in a standard curing room, and air-drying the cured template after curing is finished; a prepared waterproof agent is obtained in the soaking box body; and the template is placed in a soaking box containing a waterproof agent to be soaked for 2-30 h and then taken out, the waterproof agent on the surface is sucked dry through filter paper, and then natural drying is conducted. By adding the components such as silane, absolute ethyl alcohol and hydrofluoroether, the permeability and weather resistance of the waterproof agent are improved, and the durability of the waterproof effect of the concrete is guaranteed.
一种防水抗渗混凝土的生产工艺,分别计量称取对应比例的水泥、水、粗骨料、细骨料和掺料;将水泥、水、粗骨料、细骨料和掺料按比例倒入混凝土搅拌机中进行搅拌混合直至成为混合料,在混合物中按照比例加入0.05份聚羧酸减水剂和0.2份水,继续搅拌混合,按照5%的比例加入矿渣粉,按照3%的比例加入膨胀剂,得到混合料;将混合料装入涂有脱模剂的混凝土抗渗模具中,在标准养护室中进行养护25‑30天,结束后将养护好的模板进行风干处理;在浸泡箱体中得到调制的防水剂;将模板置于装有防水剂得浸泡箱体中浸2‑30h,取出,用滤纸吸干表面的防水剂,再经自然干燥。通过硅烷、无水乙醇、氢氟醚等成分的加入有助于提高防水剂的渗透性和耐候性,保障混凝土防水效果的持久性。
