The invention discloses an asphalt pavement aging layer removing machine and a construction method thereof. The asphalt pavement aging layer removing machine comprises a rack, and a first walking unit and a second walking unit which are connected with the rack, and a first pavement heating device, a second pavement heating device, an aging layer raking and removing device and a vertical scraping and lifting device which are sequentially connected with the rack; and the vertical scraping and lifting device comprises a vertical scraping and lifting unit and a rotary material conveying unit, the vertical scraping and lifting unit is used for scraping and lifting an old asphalt mixture and conveying the old asphalt mixture into the rotary material conveying unit, and the rotary material conveying unit is used for continuously supplying materials to a dumper. The machine is suitable for popularization and application of hot in-place recycling, can complete removal operation of an asphalt pavement aged layer with the thickness of 5-10 mm at a time, is free of gradation damage, and improves the quality of recycled material.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面老化层剔除机及其施工方法，所述沥青路面老化层剔除机包括机架，与所述机架相连的第一行走单元和第二行走单元，以及顺次与所述机架相连的第一路面加热装置、第二路面加热装置、老化层耙松剔除装置和垂直刮料提升装置；所述垂直刮料提升装置包括垂直刮料提升单元和回转输料单元，所述垂直刮料提升单元完成旧沥青混合料的刮料、提升，并将旧沥青混合料输入回转输料单元，由所述回转输料单元实现不间断地向运料车供料。本发明适宜于就地热再生推广应用，能够一次性完成5～10mm沥青路面老化层的剔除作业，无级配破坏，提升了再生料品质。
