The invention discloses an aging layer removing device, a vehicle and an asphalt pavement aging layer removing method. The whole device combines pavement raking, spiral conveying and an arc scraper, an asphalt pavement aging layer of 5-10mm can be removed at one time, grading damage is avoided, and the quality of reclaimed materials is improved; a raking device adopts a structure form of rake tooth seat hinging, rake tooth staggering and spring buffering, so that the rake teeth are always in contact with the ground, and the problems that road surface pits cannot be raked and road surface bulges hinder forward movement of the rake teeth and even are damaged are avoided; a conveying device adopts an arc-shaped spiral shell and the arc-shaped scraper, so that the distance between a spiral blade and the spiral shell is reduced, the asphalt mixture is effectively prevented from being adhered to the inner wall of the spiral shell, and the maintenance performance is improved; and a material conveying extension pipe is arranged additionally, the discharging distance of an aging layer material towards a lateral lane is increased, and the problem that the lateral lane is rolled by wheels is effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种老化层剔除装置、车辆及沥青路面老化层剔除方法,该装置整体采用路面耙松+螺旋输送+圆弧刮刀相结合,能够一次性完成5~10mm沥青路面老化层的剔除作业,无级配破坏,提升再生料品质;耙松装置采用耙齿座铰接+交错耙齿+弹簧缓冲结构形式,确保耙齿始终接触地面,避免了路面凹坑不能耙松和路面凸起阻碍耙齿前行甚至损坏;输料装置采用圆弧形螺旋壳体+圆弧形刮刀,缩小了螺旋叶片与螺旋壳体间距,有效避免了沥青混合料粘接螺旋壳体内壁,提升了维护保养性能;通过增设输料延长管,增加老化层材料向侧向车道排出距离,有效解决侧向车道行车车轮碾压的问题。
