The invention relates to the field of concrete structures adopting rollover construction for rectangular and round equal-height pier columns in various industries, in particular to a concrete curing method for expressway high pier column over-form construction. Horizontal spraying water pipes are arranged on a turn-over formwork, and rapid dismounting hoses are arranged at the corners; when the formwork is dismounted after concrete pouring, the lower-layer four-corner hoses are disconnected; meanwhile, the upper-layer spraying water pipes are connected through the four-corner hoses, and then a main water supply pipeline is arranged by means of upper and lower spiral ladders and horizontal channels of each layer; the main water supply pipeline is connected with spraying water pipes around the formwork; and a water supply clean water tank frame arranged on the ground pumps water, so that timely spraying maintenance is achieved. Process operation is safe and reliable, and cost input is reduced; the formwork can be cured in time after being removed, so that the concrete curing quality is guaranteed, and the problem that in traditional curing, dryness and wetness are not in time is solved; and meanwhile, maintenance water can be collected in time, and waste of water resources is avoided.
