The single-shaft bidirectional stirring device can force a moving pipe to drive an inner nozzle to be separated from an outer nozzle in a normal state through moving driving, a connecting channel between the inner nozzle and the outer nozzle is disconnected, and thus the problem that idle sandy soil enters the inner nozzle can be effectively solved, and the unblocked degree of the slurry outlet end of a pipeline during slurry spraying or water spraying operation is improved; meanwhile, an extension ring arranged on the inner nozzle can effectively shield a gap between the outer nozzle and the inner nozzle, slurry entering the gap is reduced, the friction resistance between the moving pipe and a stirring pipe is reduced, and the moving efficiency between the moving pipe and the stirring pipe is improved; the moving pipe is provided with a shielding part capable of shielding and blocking the outer nozzle so that the risk that the sandy soil enters the stirring pipe through the outer nozzle can be further reduced; and by means of the single-shaft bidirectional stirring device, the risk that the pipeline is blocked by the sandy soil in the pile position tunneling process during cement stirring pile construction can be reduced, and smooth proceeding of the guniting lifting step is facilitated.
