Self-anti-cracking rigid landfill reinforced concrete bottom plate and construction process thereof
The invention discloses a self-anti-cracking rigid landfill reinforced concrete bottom plate. The bottom plate comprises a horizontal frame and a bottom plate body, wherein the horizontal frame is fixedly connected to a column constructed in advance, the bottom plate body and the horizontal frame are integrally cast in place, and unbonded prestressed steel bars are arranged in the 1/3 area of the middle of each span of the bottom plate body along a tension area; and the horizontal frame is composed of beams, the horizontal frame divides a landfill unit into four equal parts so as to reduce the span of the bottom plate, and bonding prestressed steel bars are installed in the frame beams so as to reduce bending deformation of the horizontal frame. The invention further discloses a construction process of the bottom plate. According to the bottom plate, the tensile stress of the reinforced concrete bottom plate of the rigid hazardous waste landfill can be reduced under the load effect caused by hazardous waste, it is ensured that the reinforced concrete bottom plate does not crack or cracks are controlled within the design range, and the self-anti-cracking effect is achieved; and meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that the flexible anti-seepage liner in the landfill can not be torn due to deformation and displacement, so that dangerous waste leakage is avoided, and the safety coefficient of the landfill is increased.
本发明公开了一种自防裂刚性填埋场钢筋混凝土底板,包括水平框架和底板,水平框架固定连接于提前施工的柱子上,底板与水平框架整体现浇,底板每跨中间1/3区域内沿着受拉区设置无粘结预应力钢筋;水平框架由梁构成,水平框架把填埋单元划进行四等分分割,以减少底板的跨度,框架梁内安装有粘结预应力钢筋,减少水平框架的弯曲变形。还公开了上述底板的施工工艺。本发明可以让刚性危废填埋场钢筋混凝土底板在危废造成的荷载作用下降低拉应力,确保钢筋混凝土底板不开裂或将裂缝控制在设计范围内,达到自防裂的效果,同时也可以保障填埋场内部的柔性防渗衬垫不会因变形位移而撕裂造成危险废物泄漏,提高填埋场的安全系数。
