The invention discloses an assembly type tension-compression metal damper with a replaceable wall corner. The metal damper comprises an assembly type energy dissipation unit piece; the assembly type energy dissipation unit piece comprises a cross-shaped core shear plate; an embedded upper end plate is welded to the top of the cross-shaped core shear plate; the bottom of the cross-shaped core shear plate is welded to an embedded lower end plate; internal energy dissipation corrugated webs are arranged on the two sides of each of plates located at the front end and the rear end of the cross-shaped core shear plate; one ends of the internal energy dissipation corrugated webs are connected with the internal energy dissipation corrugated webs through internal lateral constraint end plates, and the other ends of the internal energy dissipation corrugated webs are arranged on external lateral constraint end plates; an upper dog-bone type energy dissipation flange plate and a lower dog-bone type energy dissipation flange plate are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of each internal energy dissipation corrugated web respectively; and the assembly type energy dissipation unit piece is located at the joints of the two sides of the lower portion of a shear wall and aframed girder. The damper is relatively good in shock absorption and is arranged in a shear wall structure system, deformation and energy consumption are mainly borne by the damper, and the damper is easy to replace after being damaged.
