The present invention relates to a replaceable rigidity control type hysteresis damper. By simplifying a structure, a manufacturing process is easy, and the manufacturing cost and construction period are saved. Since each component is separately manufactured, transported, and installed on site, it is easy to carry and work on site by a worker. In addition, each component is installed separably after an earthquake, thereby facilitating maintenance. The present invention comprises: a pair of fixing members installed and embedded on one side and the other side of a concrete structure together with the construction of the concrete structure; and a damper member, when installing the pair of fixing members, installed by being coupled by a fastening bolt separably therebetween, or by being coupled by the fastening bolt separably between the pair of fixing members after the construction of the concrete structure to absorb vibration energy acting between the pair of fixing members.
본 발명은 구성을 단순하게 함으로써 제작공정이 용이하고 제작비용과 시공기간이 절약되며, 각 구성들을 분리 제작한 후 현장으로 운반하여 설치함으로써, 운반과 작업자의 현장 작업이 용이하고, 또한 각 구성들을 지진 등이 발생한 후 분리가능하게 설치함으로써, 보수를 용이하게 할 수 있는 교체 가능한 강성 조절형 이력 댐퍼에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트구조물의 시공과 함께 상기 콘크리트구조물의 일측과 타측에 설치되어 매립되는 한 쌍의 정착부재; 상기 한 쌍의 정착부재의 설치 시 그 사이에 분리 가능하도록 체결볼트로 결합되어 설치되거나, 또는 상기 콘크리트구조물의 시공 후 상기 한 쌍의 정착부재 사이에 분리 가능하도록 체결볼트로 결합되어 설치됨으로써, 상기 한 쌍의 정착부재 사이에 작용하는 진동에너지를 흡수하는 댐퍼부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
