The invention relates to a construction reinforcement cover clamping device. The construction reinforcement cover clamping device comprises a main support and a matching support which are connected through a connecting structure, and the connecting structure comprises a supporting plate and a matching plate; the supporting plate is fixed to the side wall of the main support, the matching plate is fixed to the side wall of the matching support, and the supporting plate and the matching plate extend oppositely; upper-layer reinforcements are positioned at the upper part of the supporting plate, lower-layer reinforcements are positioned at the upper part of the matching plate; and the supporting plate is inserted into the matching support, and the matching plate is reversely inserted into the main support. According to the construction reinforcement cover clamping device, the upper-layer reinforcements and the lower-layer reinforcements are supported through the supporting plate and the matching plate correspondingly, so that the stability of the double-layer reinforcements is improved; and by means of reverse insertion fixation between the supporting plate and the matching support and between the matching plate and the main support, installation of the clamping device on the reinforcements can be achieved more easily, connection stability of the clamping device can also be improved, and therefore structural stability of the upper-layer reinforcements and the lower-layer reinforcements is improved.
