Overhanging type double-row scaffold and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an overhanging type double-row scaffold and a construction method thereof. The overhanging type double-row scaffold is erected on a floor slab and comprises an anchoring part, an overhanging beam, a scaffold body and a traction rope; the lower end of the anchoring part is pre-buried in a lower floor slab; the overhanging beam is connected with the anchoring part, and part of the overhanging beam is exposed out of the lower floor slab; the scaffold body is erected on the part, exposed out of the floor slab, of the overhanging beam; and one end of the traction rope is connected with one end of the overhanging beam exposed out of the floor slab, and the other end of the traction rope is connected with an upper floor slab. In the overhanging type double-row scaffold, one end of the overhanging beam is fixed on the lower floor slab through the anchoring part, the other end of the overhanging beam is connected with the traction rope, the traction rope is fixed on the upper floor slab to provide the traction force which is inclined to the upper right for the exposed end of the overhanging beam, so that six degrees of freedom of the overhanging beam are completely limited, the scaffold body is erected on the overhanging beam, so that the bearing capacity, rigidity and stability of the scaffold body can be improved, and construction safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开一种悬挑式双排脚手架及其施工方法,悬挑式双排脚手架搭设于楼板上,悬挑式双排脚手架包括锚固件、悬挑梁、脚手架以及牵引绳:锚固件的下端预埋于下层楼板内;悬挑梁与锚固件连接,且悬挑梁部分露出于下层楼板;脚手架架设于悬挑梁露出于楼板的部分;述牵引绳的一端与悬挑梁露出于楼板的一端连接,牵引绳的另一端与上层楼板连接。本发明中,悬挑梁的一端通过锚固件固定在下层楼板上,悬挑梁的另一端连接有牵引绳,通过将牵引绳固定在上层楼板上为悬挑梁的漏出端提供斜向右上的牵引力,完全限定悬挑梁的6个自由度,由此,将脚手架架设于悬挑梁上能够提高脚手架的承载力、刚度和稳定性,保证施工安全。
