The spring bolt structure comprises a fixing frame, a latch bolt assembly and a limiting piece, a containing cavity is formed in the fixing frame, a through hole communicating with the containing cavity is formed in one surface of the fixing frame, and a first clamping groove communicating with the containing cavity is formed in the other surface of the fixing frame; a latch bolt and a latch bolt rod in the latch bolt assembly are at least partially contained in the containing cavity, the connecting end of the latch bolt is rotationally connected to the latch bolt rod around an axis, the locking end is configured to be capable of protruding out of the containing cavity through the through hole in the process that the connecting end rotates around the latch bolt rod, and a second clamping groove corresponding to the first clamping groove is formed in the connecting end; and the limiting piece is configured to at least partially penetrate through the first clamping groove and be clamped to or separated from the second clamping groove. The spring bolt structure is few in parts, simple in structure and convenient to assemble, and the latch bolt can be quickly and firmly locked.
