The invention relates to a stainless steel security door and a manufacturing method thereof. The stainless steel security door comprises a door frame, a door plate and a security net, wherein the security net comprises a connecting transverse plate, a connecting vertical plate and an isolating rod. In the manufacturing process of the stainless steel security door, special washing equipment is needed, and the washing equipment comprises a bottom plate, a mounting frame, a washing tank, a bottom washing device and a top washing device. The method for manufacturing the stainless steel security door by using the washing equipment specifically comprises the following steps of part manufacturing, washing treatment, paint spraying treatment and part assembling. The whole security net is of a structure which can stretch out and draw back in the vertical direction and the front-back direction, after the overall size of the security net is reduced, the security net can be conveniently taken down from the door plate, so that a user can clean and maintain the security net regularly, and the defects that an existing security net installed on a door plate in a welding mode is inconvenient to disassemble, and dust is prone to being accumulated at gaps are overcome.
